You can ask Lofty Gems Schools to delete particular information without closing your LoftyOS account, or request closure of the entire account. This page is available without signing in.

Keep your account active while requesting deletion of eligible items such as an old profile photograph, an uploaded file, a saved device notification record, or other information you identify.

Request closure of your LoftyOS login and deletion or anonymisation of associated personal data, subject to identity checks and records the school must lawfully retain.

What happens next

1.Send the request using the relevant button above. Include your full name and the email, admission number, or staff number connected to the account.
2.The school will verify your identity or your authority as a parent or guardian before changing a pupil’s information.
3.You will receive confirmation of the action taken. Information required for safeguarding, academic, accounting, dispute, or regulatory obligations may be retained only where necessary.
