1. Overview & Commitment

Lofty Gems Schools ("we," "our," or "us") operates the LoftyOS web and mobile platform for institutional management, academic reporting, student records, and biometric gate attendance. We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy and security of our pupils, staff, parents, and administrative team.

3. Geolocation Data (NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription)

GPS location is requested strictly when staff initiate gate clock-in to verify physical presence at the school gate (Moses Umukoro St, Oke-Aro, Ogun State). Geolocation coordinates are evaluated locally against the 100-meter school boundary and are never used for continuous tracking or third-party sharing.

4. Data We Collect & Maintain

• Staff Records: Name, official email, phone number, staff ID, assigned classes/subjects, and passport photo.
• Student & Parent Records: Name, admission number, class/arm, guardian contact details, attendance records, fee payment logs, and academic CBT scores.
• System Audit Logs: Administrative actions (e.g. fee payment recording, exam approvals) are logged with timestamps and operator identity for accountability.

5. Data Protection, Sharing & Account Deletion

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third party or advertiser. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest.

Staff or parent users requesting account deactivation, profile updates, or complete data deletion can initiate deletion via their account settings or email management@loftygemsschools.com.ng.
